The 'Beachfront' holiday apartment is located in Calpe, just steps from the beach, and offers stunning sea views. It features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 4 guests. One additional person can stay upon request and for an extra fee.



Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating, and air conditioning are included. There is a smart TV, and you can request extra channels. The apartment has electric blinds.



The private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony. You also have access to communal areas such as a fenced pool, jacuzzi, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The apartment is right by the sea and promenade, within walking distance of the town, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.



The building has an elevator and step-free access throughout. Recycling rules apply; more information is available at the property. A parking space is offered upon request, subject to availability and available for an extra fee. Check-in after 22:00 is possible upon request. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
