The room was perfectly cleaned and we loved how close the hotel is to downtown! Only wish is that there was a gym for a quick workout before hitting the road, but other than that, it was perfect for a little Calistoga getaway.

Staff were courteous and check in was easy. The steam room was not operational during our stay. The toilet in the room required flushing three times for anything to go down in most uses, and slow to empty when only requiring one flush. The vent in the bathroom was very dirty. Overall the room was clean, the hot tub and heated mineral springs pools wer. It was about a 12-minute walk to the downtown. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at UpValley Inn. Adrian, who checked us in was super helpful and friendly. The room was nicely decorated and clean, housekeeping staff very nice and quickly attentive. Couple things to note.. the walls are paper thin, we could easily hear the neighbors entire conversation when they walked into their room. It was early so not a big issue. The other noise related issue that we noticed was the heater. I woke up thinking it was hailing outside because there was so much noise.. turned out to the the heater. The thermal heated swimming pool was lovely. However, the jacuzzi tub was exceedingly HOT, put my foot in and jumped out because it was boiling, so couldn't use it. Was kind of disappointed about that. All that being said, we would definitely stay here again. We were able to walk the couple blocks to town so didn't have to take our car out if we didn't want to..

Im afraid to leave an excellent review. Every time i leave one for a hotel, the next time i want to book a room, it's more than doubled in price and i have to look elsewhere. But I'll be honest, I'm already thinking about when i can plan another visit. The location is Perfect! The gentleman at the front desk was Amazing. The room and amenities were wonderful. The hot springs pool was so relaxing. Our stay exceeded our expectations
