Centrally located in the SE, close to downtown, International Ave, and Foothills Industrial area and all major roads makes this place perfect for a short commute to wherever you are going. This is a clean, quiet, secured and well managed condo with long term respectful residents. Our rental terms are minimum 30 days, you are welcome to stay longer or less than, completely up to you.

The suite is equipped with a full kitchen and equipped with quality cookware and dishes. The living room has a comfy couch and chair to curl up in to watch TV.
