A Superb clean and comfortable suite located in Mahogany

Are you on a vacation, business trip, visiting family or for leisure, we are glad to host you! This newly built legal private basement suite with own entrance, separate thermostat, kitchen utensils , free street parking, 2 minutes walk to the park & 7 minutes drive to amenities.

PS: We live upstairs with our kids. We do our best to minimize noise & with the provision of sound proofing, you might still hear them occasionally.
The space
This Unit has everything you need throughout your stay. The excellently styled 2 bedroom suite has two queen size beds,one bed available in each of the rooms to accommodate maximum 4 people. The rooms with sizeable windows hence you get to enjoy natural lights.

For short or long stays you do not have to worry the suite is equipped with bed linen, towels, washer and dryer too.
Also available is Wi-Fi, netflix, cable T.V, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, bread toaster, extra pillows, blankets and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, appliances and complimentary coffee for your convenience. We also provide you with liquid soap, body lotion, hair shampoo & conditioner.

Just a few minutes (5 minutes ) drive to good restaurants, stores and mall

Great place to stay and enjoy friends and family in Calgary!

This was a Great location and place to be with my husband and 98 year old mother in law. Nouveau logement propre et confortable situé dans un cartier résidentiel. Les essentiels sont fournis. Facile à joindre le propriétaire, selon le besoin (défis avec télé). / Clean and comfortable new apartment situated in a residental area. It was easy to reach the owner when required to do so (had issues with TV).
