Needs improvement

The food was horrible, room had no air con and only 1 plug socket available that was in the bathroom! Sink was cracked and tiles broken in bathroom. The hotel was quiet yet still put us in a room with the worst view and a loud generator thing in front of the balcony. The daytime bar man was so miserable. The rest of the staff were pretty friendly and it was pretty clean but I still definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Very basic

Basic, food was okay on some days but very limited. Hotel room was still being cleaned when I was given my key to check in. Has to sit on chair waiting with baby. Some staff okay, others not the best. Close to beach and amenities, that's a good thing. Okay if you are not paying much to stay here

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hÎtel, piscine grande mais malentretenue , beaucoup de bruit et de cris des enfants. Chambre basique, salle de bain petite et malpropre et le plus mediocre c'est le manque de climatisation surtout en plein mois de juillet. Voisins bruyants et balcons petits. Les chambres qui donnent sur la piscine sont les plus touchées par le bruit et les cris des enfants. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet hÎtel car mauvaise qualité prix.

Hay cosas que aparecen en vuestra app que en la realidad no corresponden a la verdad! Limpieza diaria no ha sido realizada. Ni una vez en toda la estancia! Salida a las 12,00 estĂĄ escrito en la web de Expedia! No es verdad! He tenido problemas con la recepcionista que, cuando volvĂ­ hoy de la playa a las 11,25 para darme una ducha y dejar la habitaciĂłn dentro de las 12,00 me dijo que lo que estaba escrito en la app de Expedia no tenĂ­a ningĂșn valor. TenĂ­an valor las normas generales que decĂ­an que las habitaciones se dejan libres a las 10.00! AdemĂĄs no pude entrar porque la tarjeta electrĂłnica estaba programada con ese horario de salida. Un lĂ­o increĂ­ble. Por suerte la recepciĂłnista ha pensado bien de dejarme entrar y sacar mi ropa! Mal, ha sido una experiencia malĂ­sima tambiĂ©n por vuestra culpa! TenĂ©is que escribir las condiciones en forma correcta!
