Frais en plus et souris dans la piscine

appartement tres agréable et bien situé mais malheureusement il n y a pas eu d état des lieux d entrée et de sortie et nous avons juste été chercher les chefs a notre arrivé a l agence immobilier et la la sortie nous avons déposé aussi les clefs a lagence il n'y a pas eu de vérification de l etat de l appartement avant et après.et 2 jours je recois un mail pour un paiement de 200€ en plus car soit disant une charnière de porte etat cassé alors que nous n avons rien cassé du tous.Donc le propriétaire a rajouter ces frais qui n avait pas lieu d être. De plus j ai séjourner 7 jours dans l appartement et pendant 4 jours il y avait des souris dans la piscine donc nous avons profité de la piscine que 1 fois,piscine vraiment pas profonde du tous car elle fait 1m40 de hauteur car pas agréable pour nagé. Le 4eme jour une personne est venu retirer les 3 souris mais nas désinfecter la piscine apres ce qui est inadmissibl et dangereux pour la santé car les souris sont resté 4 jours mort dans l eau.Bien sur nous avons appelé l hote qui n était pas du tous sympathique. Je ne conseille pas cette endroit car il rajoute des frais en plus sans aucun fondement. vérification d e l etat de l applicaa no
