1- the furniture has tears and stains. 2- everything was very over priced. 3- stayed 3 nights without heater until they fixed it. 4- the indoor pool is not for kids, which was a disappointment to us. We have booked because of the heated pool but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. 5- not worth the money paid.

AMAZING STAY

WOW!!!!! This hotel is a five star experience. It was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was insane. So many different selections. Staff was so attentive the hotels absolutely gorgeous and the rooms so beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!!!! it was taught large at such a great price.

I chose this hotel for a relaxing getaway, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The rooms were not clean upon arrival, and when I requested an upgrade, I was told it would come at an additional cost. Each room was located in a separate building, which was very inconvenient for us as a family wanting to stay close together. The rooms were extremely small and cramped. In one of the rooms, the TV wasn’t working, and it took the staff nearly an hour to fix it — constantly going in and out, which disrupted our time. Additionally, one of the rooms didn’t even have a mirror, except for the one in the bathroom — which was quite inconvenient. This is my third stay at this property and I absolutely love it. Service is amazing and staff is wonderful . Property is clean rooms are comfortable and spacious delicious coffee in room as well. The manager at breakfast was awesome he was so accommodating and professional

From the moment we arrived at Royal Maxim Palace Kapinski until we left 6 days later we were treated like family. The concierge arranged our lost baggage to be delivered to the hotel and helped us plan a Nile dinner cruise. The restaurants, particularly Lucca, have 5 star menus. The spa experience was one of the better ones I have had and prices were reasonable. The staff on the whole goes out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is top rate. No complaints.
