Amazing Family Vacation Spot!

Beautiful apartments tucked away just off the Esplanade, easy walk to shops and restaurants and easy 5min drive to Coles for supplies. Rooms were perfectly suited for 4 adults and 2 children family vacation. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Grounds were lovely and the pool was really great for the kids! Would definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely tremendous. The accommodations were fantastic, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do and when, and the grounds themselves were beautiful. The wildlife around, being close to the beach etc. As we stated to the host, we will definitely be back.

The Sanctuary is exactly that - a beautiful, calm and comfortable stay in paradise. Picturesque setting by the sea, comfortable, clean and spacious apartment and clean, high end facilities in and outside the apartment. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a few days of peace and tranquility in a gorgeous setting.

Nice, big apartment. Bed linen and bath towels past their time. No towels and linen change for 6 days. Long walks to everywhere. No coffee capsules provided, as advertised. Check out strictly at 10.am. Maintenance being carried out, with generators, pruning and pool closures for cleaning while guests are in residence.

Amazing private bungalow with living area - full Kitchen, comfortable bed Private - local palms and bushes louvered windows all around - rise with the bird sounds & just outside studio was a 25 meter pool ( not crowded ( you could swim laps!!) and 10 step's away Palm cove esplanade with various cozy small eateries great food and reasonable prices - gluten free punk in lasagne - at surf club a 10 looking out at the quiet and scenic ocean

Wonderful stay for our family of 6. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and well appointed. The property is vast and you rarely see other guests which adds to the privacy feeling. The spa wasn’t working due to a recent weather event. Other than that, everything was excellent. The family that owns/manages the property were friendly and attentive. A logical stay in Palm Cove. Will be back again.

The property was just like the pictures - beautiful and clean. Only thing we would have liked to add is cleaning services. We were there for 4 nights but apparently they provide free cleaning only after a week of stay. For beach days with sand in the bathrooms etc a more frequent cleaning would really help

The family running the property made the stay so easy - they supported an early check in and late check out and were always on hand to answer any questions. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are well looked after. We will be back!

We stayed in a suite. It was large, private, clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The TV was huge - great for watching a movie in down time. The hot water was a little unreliable at times, but given the hot days whilst there it didn’t really bother us. Although it did not bother us, some couples may not appreciate the ‘open’ bathroom and the lack of personal privacy. The pool is large and well maintained. And the tropical gardens are beautiful and lush. Palm Cove is so walkable and offers many lovely dining options. We would happily stay at this property again should the opportunity arise in the future.
