Magnificent apartment located next to the beach of La Victoria, in one of the best areas to enjoy the beach and the city of Cádiz.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and has a large living room - dining room equipped with plasma TV, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, first bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, and bathroom with bath. The apartment has internet connection via WIFI, air conditioning and heating by heat pump.
Around the apartment there are several attractions of the city, such as the Santa María del Mar Beach, the ideal place to start surfing and La Victoria beach, considered the best urban beach in Europe. It is located a few meters from the Erytheia Park, which has Phoenician, Punic and Roman remains. At the same time, it is perfectly connected with the city center, bus stops are surrounding at less than 5 minutes on foot.
If you arrive by car it is possible to stop for a few moments under the apartment to unload your luggage in the street next to the private street where the apartment is located. It is not relatively complicated to find parking around the apartment. Being our recommendation that you park in the Varela Parking, located less than 5 minutes from the apartment.
