Wake up to breathtaking views of Lake Barkley at this comfortable and spacious lake home located just off Highway 68. While the home is conveniently located near the highway for easy access to nearby attractions, it is set back far enough to provide a peaceful setting with minimal traffic noise. Neighbors are within sight but spaced far enough apart to maintain privacy and relaxation.

This three-bedroom, two-bath home is perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy the lake and surrounding outdoor recreation. The main floor features a queen bedroom, with another queen bedroom upstairs and a third queen bedroom downstairs. The home comfortably sleeps six guests and allows up to ten guests maximum.

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware and everything needed for simple meal preparation during your stay. A standard drip coffee maker is provided, so feel free to bring your favorite coffee to start your mornings while enjoying the incredible lake view.

Guests also receive a five-person pass to the Lake Barkley Fitness Center located nearby. This facility includes an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a variety of exercise equipment, making it a great option for relaxation or staying active during your trip.

The property offers plenty of open space for outdoor activities, making it a great place to bring yard games or simply enjoy time outside with family and friends.

**Weekday Pontoon Boat Included**

Guests staying Monday through Thursday between May 1 and October 1 may enjoy use of a shared 10-passenger pontoon boat at no additional cost. Weekend and holiday rentals are available for an additional fee.

* Excludes holidays
* Available May 1 – October 1 (2024 & 2025 seasons)
* Must be 21 years or older to operate
* Safety instructions and waiver required prior to use
* Sunrise to sunset use only (no night operation)
* Boat starts with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full
* Fuel refill available for $25 per quarter tank if needed
* Adult life jackets are provided; please bring children’s life jackets
* A $300 refundable damage deposit is required for boat use

The boat is located at our docks on the bayside of the street and can be reached easily by walking or driving. Guests who wish to use the pontoon should contact us after arrival to schedule a quick meeting for safety instructions and paperwork.

Weather conditions such as wind advisories or storms may prevent boat use for safety reasons.

If you would like to rent additional boats or jet skis during your stay, they are available through our rental website.

The home is ideally located near some of the most popular attractions in the region. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the proximity to Land Between the Lakes, offering miles of hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, and scenic drives.

As with any lake property, insects are sometimes present, especially during the Mayfly hatch that typically occurs during summer months. Mayflies do not bite and are actually beneficial for fishing.

~The boat will be kept at our docks on the bayside of the street. You can easily walk or drive to the dock. It will start with a full tank of fuel and need to be full when it is returned or we can fill it for you for $25 per quarter of a tank on the guage.~
~It's a 10 passenger boat. Basic, adult, orange, life jackets will be provided. Please bring children's life jackets.~
~No need to reserve in advance unless you want it during a time it's not included.~

~A $300 damage deposit will be held at the time of the boat use.~
~No cash value. Mother nature doesn't listen to me, if there is a lake wind advisory the boat will not go out. If there is a bad storm coming the boat will not go out, safety is my insurances first priority.~
~Contact me once you have arrived to set up a time to meet the following morning to sign the waiver and view the boat~ Not everyone uses the pontoon so if you do not contact me once you have arrived I will assume you don't want the boat and I will go on with my day. Please call or text me the evening prior to you taking the boat out to set up a meeting time.~

This property is located just off of Highway 68 but is far enough away that you get very little traffic noise. The neighbors are within eye site but are not so close that you, or they, are interfering with each other. There is plenty of open space on the street for any yard games you may bring.

The fitness center will soon be remodeled but is not yet scheduled, availability is unknown currently. A 5 person pass to the Lake Barkley Fitness Center is included. Here you will find an indoor pool, got tub, sauna, steam room, and exercise equipment. Located about 4 miles offsite.

This house is a 3 bedroom with 2 full baths. The main floor has 1 queen bedroom, the upstairs has 1 queen bedroom, the downstairs is also a queen. This house will sleep 6 comfortably with a 10 person maximum. There are no exceptions to this rule. This is a non smoking house. Pets are allowed with approval. The cleaners charge $100 per pet. The 2 garages are not for guests use. The kitchen is furnished with all your basic cooking needs. A regular drip style coffee maker is furnished, please bring your coffee of choice.

There is a 4 night minimum for all holidays.

If you are staying during the promotion then you don't need to worry about calling me to ask if your stay qualifies. If you choose to bring your own watercraft Devils Elbow boat launch is about 1/2 of a mile away. Kayaks can easily be launched from the east side of the street. Lake Barkley State Park Marina is a short ride up the river or just down the road.

With being on the lake there is always a chance of bugs, please understand we do everything we can to keep the outside of the house clean but sometimes it just is not possible. June, July, and August have what is called a Mayfly hatch occasionally, they do not bite and are good for fishing.
