A traditional 250-year-old cortijo—a large estate featuring a main house, courtyard, historic stables, a barn, and a wine cellar—dedicated to olive and grape cultivation, with a small winery that produces high-quality red wine.
It is a typical Andalusian farmhouse with a total floor area of over 1,000 m². The rural house occupies about 550 m² and is FOR FULL AND EXCLUSIVE RENTAL; it consists of two air-conditioned living rooms, a very spacious kitchen, and an open-concept kitchen in living room #2, 5 bedrooms (4 with air conditioning), 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 interior courtyard of 150 m², an outdoor pool (5x3x1.6 m) with child safety features, a 200 m² leisure area on the front of the property, wood-burning central heating (free of charge), and window screens. The vacation home covers an area of 400 m² over two floors, plus a 150 m² interior courtyard.
