Everything about this property and staff is 5 stars! Impeccable grounds. Very safe, two checkpoints. Staff was friendly and made you feel at home away from home. The hospitality was outstanding. The bar and restaurant staff were so nice and kind; and got to know us on a first name basis. The room was beautiful. The shower was next level. The double shower heads and the outside view had me taking multiple showers a day. Additionally the view from our partial ocean view room was beautiful. I would definitely return to this property.

Ridiculously overpriced, atrocious food (got violently ill the very first day and was nauseous the rest of the stay), the room had rundown/ripped furniture, and the staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about assisting. It was literally the weirdest, most regrettable, investment of over $6k for 4 days at a “resort” that I’ve ever experienced. Shame on the W/Bonvoy.
