Liked: Cleanliness
Bad: The place is hard to find - do it in daylight. The parking requires driving in reverse down a narrow drive with cars parked on one side- about a block or more. Water use is minimal allowed. NO GUESTS allowed- host came over to kick family (over for dinner only) out and threaten police. Lots of rules- two pages worth. Heavy rains leave standing water on main floor - so don’t slip! Good: the location is phenomenal once you get there. The views are amazing. Great beach. The place is cute.

This place was perfect! Just a great house on a beautiful beach. Host was very attentive and gave us great suggestions for restaurants. The house itself was great. You couldn’t ask for better views from the upper deck. The little restaurant and bar just down the beach made it even that much better. We’ll be back for sure.
