The staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious each morning. There were many stairs to walk up to get to our room. The pool was a bit cold for our liking and the hot tub did not work. The play room was wonderful for kids

My family and I stayed for 5 nights over the Easter weekend and had a fabulous time. The hotel was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Its location is great, just a few minutes' walk from a nearby beach. The facilities for kids were also fantastic, featuring a large, staffed kids' club. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment room complete with kitchen.

In spite of the good location, our apartment had sporadic Internet, which kept going in and out. Additionally, the first night my daughter was locked in the bathroom for about an hour as the door was broken. Ultimately, they had to break down the door. Also, one of the bathroom toilets was leaking water from the bottom, which was never fixed. There was also an ongoing. There was also an ongoing wet dog smell coming from the two air conditioners. The staff was friendly and courteous, but these issues existed throughout.

The balcony was great - nice to have outdoor space and a pretty view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a car service to Rio. The pool area was great. There were a number of families so you could stay at this place with or without kids. The spot for breakfast was nice. The main downtown area was a 20 minute walk away. It was nice to take the walk every day and not be staying in the middle of the action. The beach near us (5 minute walk) was busy and family friendly.

A unique property with a creative layout to provide great views of João Fernandes. Staff were very friendly and always looking to help make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Rooms were spacious and the bed the most comfortable of my trip. The only negative I can think of is the walls are not soundproof and I had a noisy family next door.

WORTH EVERY MINUTE

This was one great time. All staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. It as close to the beach (5 minute walk). Had a great breakfast buffet. Could have used a little better lighting in the rooms. Overall rating is 4&1/2 stars out of 5. Would go back in minute.
