The room decor is fabulously appointed. Very approximate for its surroundings. Natural live edge furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the television didn’t connect to the internet.

Took 10 minutes for the desk clerk to get to the desk to check us in. There was a horrible smell in the hall. No soap in the room.

Bad place to stay stay away

The check in was horrible staff drinking in the lobbydrug users everywhere in hotel the lady didn’t check me in all the way the next night I got off work got back to my room key didn’t work went down got it activated again went up to room and all my stuff was gone out of the room all my personal stuff was handled and moved without permission I was pissed off went back down and spoke to the front seat they had no idea what was going on the night shift lady then said no one has been in that room for a few days I wasn’t checked in all the way no fault of my own and got my belongings back and my make up pallets were broke I will never do business here again it was so uncomfortable and then the heat didn’t work it was cold the bathroom light was off and on shortage the two lamps didn’t work the tv didn’t work do not stay here it’s risky and not comfortable

Rooms were nice and spacious, seemed like fairly new flooring, bed wasnt to bad and it was pretty quiet but.... room and hotel were not clean! Our room floor needed swept, toothpaste splatter on wall behind sink and on mirror, caulking around the tub was dirty and moldy looking ,old blood stain on top sheet, window sill dusty and dead bugs. And the corridor/ hallways looked as if they haven't been vacuumed in months. Seemed as if there were only one person cleaning all the rooms. I know its hard to find help these day. This hotel has alot of potential if they had enough people to do the housekeeping/ cleaning. Some decor would help too

HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE

He tried to charge me twice, I didn’t get the room that I reserved or a room on the bottom floor. He said he was full, even though there was only eight cars in the parking lot so apparently there’s a lot of people permanently living there which is disgusting and the rooms are disgusting. The carpet is disgusting. The beds are from 1980. The furniture and the rooms are really nice. I don’t know why they can’t spend money on a really comfortable bed. I told him I was disabled. I had knee surgery. I’m supposed to have knee surgery again. I have a torn rotator cuff. I have arthritis from head to toe. I have a torn rotator cuff that needs surgery. I have bulging discs degenerative disc disease. I’ve been an excruciating pain and I cannot go upstairs, and I was on my way to see my sister who is dying of cancer and I absolutely cannot go up and downstairs. I literally had to just not go to my car anymore and get everything that I needed. I shouldn’t have to suffer and I tried calling Hotels.com and he called the hotel and he got told the same exact thing that he told me so nothing changed. It’s extremely rude to post a room available and let somebody book it and then tell them that it’s not after they paid and then after he tried to charge you again, he was trying to act like the room wasn’t paid for and I have no idea why and he was only gonna charge me $50 but I had already paid $59. What’s up with that and I asked him because I told him I was freezing and I was stranded on the hi

The only stay at the hotel we first got there there was no towels available in our room The place was under construction but the cleanliness of the public restrooms that were available were unsanitary we even took pictures of it so you weren't satisfied with that The lounge that they had was amazing there but found out that it was separately owned in a hotel but the staff at the lounge was great The staff at the hotel I wouldn't say bad they were accommodating as they could be there was no breakfast provided no knowledge of the employees of anything about it And it's clearly listed on the website
