Did not rate pool since it was not in service. I would of given a better rating if housekeeping had made a little more effort in cleaning the room ie: sweep and mop the floor, mirror was dirty, sticky stuff on the desk...basic cleaning! the toilet even needed flushing when I entered the room so obviously that wasn't cleaned either. Otherwise I think you have a good thing here and I would stay again if you could bring your basic cleaning standards up.

My family and I had to stay here for 2 1/2 months while we were looking for a place to live. The whole entire time we have not had anything happened to us. It was safe, quiet, clean. What I love the most was the staff was so welcoming and friendly. My ESA animal was more than welcome and I say if I had to recommend anywhere, I’d say stay here. I would recommend it to my own family. I would recommend recommended to friends. I would recommend it to anyone. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

ITS AWFUL

Staff was rude and awful, room was dirty and bathroom was never cleaned as there was crap in the toilet and stuff on the seat as well as soap rings on the tub that could have been easily cleaned, new paint chipping off everywhere, floors were absolutely nasty and made my socks black! The pool was ok never will i ever be coming to somewhere like this again and definitely NOT how they advertise anything to be

The floor was dirty, there was a plastic grocery bag tied over the smoke alarm, there were wires coming out of the outlets, clogged drain, dirty linens (not stained but actually dirty) and nothing stocked

Room was fine, but only soap for amenities. Not super clean but livable. Front desk person was friendly and responsive. Pool was dirty, with green on the sides and dirty on the bottom of the deeper end, with the grate not closed on the drain at the bottom, so we didn’t use it-very disappointing, as we were looking forward to it at the end of a long day of driving.

The register guy was very rude. Not a bone of friendliness in him. He made rude comments and acted like I was the problem. Then in the morning, two dogs were outside my door, barking, and fighting, and their owner apparently encouraged them.

Unacceptable Service & Unsafe Room Conditions I had a very disappointing experience during my stay on October 3rd. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my confirmed reservation for a Deluxe King Suite, I was told there were no king rooms available and was given a room with two queen beds instead. Only after contacting Hotels.com was my original reservation honored. Unfortunately, the room I was eventually given was in poor condition—dirty and with exposed wires clearly visible. This is not only unacceptable, but also a serious safety hazard. This experience was far below the standards I expect, and I hope management takes immediate action to improve guest service and address safety concerns. I would not recommend this property based on my stay.
