Did not rate pool since it was not in service. I would of given a better rating if housekeeping had made a little more effort in cleaning the room ie: sweep and mop the floor, mirror was dirty, sticky stuff on the desk...basic cleaning! the toilet even needed flushing when I entered the room so obviously that wasn't cleaned either. Otherwise I think you have a good thing here and I would stay again if you could bring your basic cleaning standards up.

We had two rooms. Both were filthy. One missing a bedspread and a full body print on the bed. Trash cans were full with old blood and bandaids. The bed linens weren't fresh, there was animal hair throughout the sheets in both rooms. All floors and hallways in the entire building were filthy. The rooms floors were sticky with a film on them. Bathrooms had mold and mildew on the 40 year old tile and grout. Water dispenser in lobby dispensed dirt chunks with the water. A disgusting place to stay. We left to a hotel next door and just forfeited the cost. The front desk attendant was no help, no apologies, playing on his phone the entire time.

The gentleman that checked us in was very courteous and helpful. He went out of his way to help us get settled in. The room was clean but there was no coffee for the coffee pot and the bathroom sink doesn’t drain very fast.

The air conditioning is effective! The bathroom is terrible! Firstly a person can hardly fit in the bathroom, secondly the bathtub has all sort of dark blackish stains, thirdly I couldn't even bring myself to touch the shower curtain as it has mold and fungal spots all over it. The sheets and the comforter smell bad! One of the lights does not work. I am utterly disappointed and had really terrible experience. Upon all this expedia charged me $76 while the hotel actually gave receipt for only $56.
