Very loud in the middle of the night, called front desk who advised there was a very hyper two year old that just arrived and needed to “settle down” and had already been talked to. Continued to make loud noise past 12am. Overall property was nice but walls were thin. Would’ve liked staff to take a firmer approach on noise complaints.

The key didn’t work when we checked in. We went back to the front desk to fix it. It still didn’t work and acted like someone was already in the room. They sent us to a new room that was the wrong size. We went back and they said Expedia booked them the wrong number of people. I talked to hotels.com and they called the property. Marriott said the booking looked correct when they pulled it up again. The larger room was sold out, so they upgraded us to the family suite. Whole process took over a hour. They treated us like second class citizens for not booking through Marriott. We will never stay there again.

Some of it was OK

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. The lady helping with the breakfast was amazing and helpful about the area when I asked her about the trail. My bathroom had hair all over the sink and in the shower. The bed was very comfortable, but there were not extra blankets in the room.

Fine for one night

Hotel was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was extensive with many options. Beds were okay but pillows were nice. The only downside was the room had a musty smell that made it difficult to sleep.
