This house is a cool older cabin that has some updates but maintains a nostalgic feel. It has a large screened porch, firepit, wood burning fire place and includes access to the community dock. The house is 3 bedrooms, but has a large loft with a queen bed and 4 twin beds. Lots of beds, can sleeps 10 or more.

It is a (relatively) short walk down to the lake and community dock. Great cabin along the lake. Very close to Sugar Hollow Retreat. Close to Villa Nove Vineyards, Watauga Lake Winery.

What a gem! 💎

This was the perfect stay for being off the grid enough to enjoy nature, yet close enough to have amenities like renting a boat and enjoying the lake with family. Very cool house with lots of character. Spent most of our time at the cabin on the porch just taking in all the natural beauty that surrounds. Coming from New York City and Tampa to meet here did not disappoint at all. Plenty of room for all of us and our dogs were happy and comfortable as well. Thanks for having us at your beautiful home.
