An ideal getaway with a large porch & dining area overlooking Watauga Lake and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Three levels include there own bedroom, bathroom and living area for privacy. Two pull-out sofas can add extra guests on the main and top floor. Fully equipped kitchen with Z-Line professional range, crock pot, hand mixer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot & coffee grinder. The main living area has a combustion air fireplace to keep you warm on chilly evenings. Main bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and standing shower. The lower level terrace includes a propane fire pit and porch swing. A number of marina's for fishing and water activities are located a short distance away. Nearby wineries & pizzerias provide relaxing escapes while Elizabethton, Johnson City, Boone, Banner Elk & Mountain City provide small town stores, craft breweries, unique eateries and antique outlets. Skiing, Hiking, Birding, Fishing, Biking, Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing and golfing are within short distance drive. Board games, books, children's toys, porch swing and a propane fire pit keep guests content when staying cozy at home.

Peaceful with awesome views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though (due to hurricane Helene) we didn't have cell/internet but honestly it was nice to disconnect and enjoy the beauty around us. Owner's were available and helpful as well as keeping us updated on the cell/internet status (we could get reception once we were in town). The view did not disappoint!
