1940's renovated cottage with white picket fence and large backyard. Quiet street, close to beach and easy walk to jetty precinct. Precinct includes a variety of restaurants, breweries, bars, playgrounds for children and a netted swimming area. Home has a washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. Front and back covered verandahs for sitting and enjoying your holiday. Home is comfortable with all necessary amenities. Home is not suitable for wheelchair access. Both front and back entry into the home has 2 steps onto the verandah.
