The negative part is not where the hotel says it is located. So there’s a distance to Hyundai Beach. Probably 45 minutes. I didn’t like the fault advertisement. But you know I had a great day. The owner is a great guy. It’s a good hotel. And be honest with you. It’s really not that badly located. You’re right on the beach. Just at the beach it says it’s located at. Gary Hoch

This hotel DEFINITELY lives up to its name! The interior design vibes are immaculate- props to the designer. What a view from the balcony! We were on the tenth floor in a suite and it was WELL worth the money. The staff has been attentive and very polite as well. Even though it's well out of the way from the typical Busan attractions, I'd book this hotel in a heartbeat.

It could be because we were here during a more off season, but the hotel seemed almost abandoned. Dark in hallways, issues with our room door beeping constantly when we left or returned, the bed feels like sleeping on a rock, and they don’t clean your room during your stay unless you pay extra. The beach view was incredible from the room, there were always fresh bottles of water outside our door in the morning, and the location is the absolute best. You are close to so many things.

Nice pool (but cold) and unique room decor. Friendly staff. On the downside: strong sewer smell in the bathroom, bar and restaurant were closed. No housekeeping if you're in the room during their rounds. The sofa bed for the 4th person was uncomfortable. Overpriced compared to other hotels with better standards.

Very close to songjeong beach on a cherry blossom lined street, The Coolest Hotel is nicely located. The hotel itself is very basic. Very limited amenities. We were given half a toilet paper roll, 2 towels for 4 people, no hand soap at the sink, and all the food areas were closed. Staff was friendly but sometimes hard to find. Pool was nice but no towels provided. Overall it was an okay experience for the price.

The hotel had such a great vibe, near transit amenities and in a cute sleepy surf town! Place was clean, staff were polite and kind, i never tried the restaurant. Lots of places to eat. If you run, amazing running path all the way to Haeundae. 40 min walk to the Yonugungsa Temple and Lotte Mall.

This is probably a great place during Summer. But during my stay in April it was too cold to be by the pool. And if you want to see Busan city, it's an inconvenient location. When When I came to check in, I was told to wait 10 minutes, because there was no way to see if I could check in before the official check-in time, which I found very strange. A woman at reception barely spoke English, and it was difficult to get help when I had a question. A man at reception was very nice, though, and very helpful, so thanks to him.

Great location and friendly staff

The location of the hotel is great - next door to a fabulous cocktail bar - possibly the best I’ve been to called Railside bar and also next to the beach train station. There is a great boardwalk that runs the length of the beach train taking you to the livelier side of town. We found the staff very helpful unfortunately the way the lift works you tend to bypass the lobby area as you come and go, which is a shame as it’s a nice way to interact and appreciate the service of the staff.

This actually is a very cool place. Big rooms with sea views and some of the best beds I have ever tried. Staff is great and the area around the hotel is my favourite part of Busan. Highly recommended.
