Staff was very profesional, but the room's air-conditioning was not functioning. The room was stuffy and hot even in the fall month of October 2025. We called the the front desk but they were only able to help tuen off the heat. The fan and air-conditioning buttons were broken. We have already swithches room once due to the awful smell in the first eoom. Staying in Shilla Stay Hitel was just somewhat uncomfortable for 5days and 4 nights.

It was hot in the hall way, elevators and staff not as helpful as my expectations . Did not meet my expectations and I don’t really expect much but the simple of things like AC and staff assistance
