We ultimately decided to stay at the Quality Inn because it had the lowest rate in the area that allowed our dog to join us. The photos online showed your average hotel room in good condition. Upon arrival, hotel staff were very friendly and the check-in was a breeze. Unfortunately, once we arrived to our room, all went downhill. The door looked like it had been broken into multiple times, did not have a functioning deadbolt, and did not fully close allowing daylight and cold air to come into the room. The floors were dirty and not swept/vacuumed. The desk/cabinets under the TV had laminate coming off and peeling. The toilet was disgusting and the tub was gross and peeling. The water from the shower/tub had a stench to it. We also found a bug that looked like a baby cockroach in the bathroom. The bed sheets seemed clean but the covers did not, so we slept without them. The heater barely worked so it was either too hot or too cold. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and would avoid it at all costs. I'm debating whether or not I should request a refund considering how bad it was.
