Simply Stunning

This amazing property had everything and more that we were looking for with our up state NY getaway. The nature trails and waterfall is a must see, as are the stars at night by the fire pit. Spacious home had room to keep everyone entertained and was very well maintained. We hope to be back.

Skyview was absolutely perfect! We came for our sons week at Dreams Park and staying here truly made it feel like a beautiful, relaxing vacation every minute we weren’t at the ballpark— Best of both worlds! The house is charming, clean, and spacious- and the view is unbeatable! SO grateful that we found this sweet home.

Breath taking views!!

We had the best time staying at Skyview! We flew in from Texas and this quiet home was just right! Beds were comfy, plenty of space for the family, and had everything we needed. Mike was always quick to reply to my messages and that’s more than I can ask for.

Beautiful views and clean home

This house was spotless with gorgeous views. Did not disappoint. Game room kept us busy on some of those rainy days. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazingly beautiful!

We had the best experience at SkyView Acres! The property is gorgeous and the home is just has nice. Everything was clean and stocked! The s’mores welcome gift was above and beyond! This place totally exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay after a long day of baseball! The owners are super sweet and very responsive to any question we had.

Beautiful home and location!

We stayed in the area while attending my son’s baseball tournament at Allstar Village in Oneonta and visiting Cooperstown. This lovely home was in between both locations (about 20 minutes either way) and in a gorgeous pastoral setting. Big beautiful fire pit and fun game room for families.

Such a beautiful home

The pictures of this home are accurate. This home is clean, modern and well kept on an impeccably manicured 25+ acres. Modern appliances, basement game room and such a comfortable living area. Plenty of bedroom space for our family. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck watching the sunset.

Amazing property with responsive host!!!

This is a beautiful piece of property with a very responsive host and amazing views. Just 25 minutes to Cooperstown and about 20 minutes to downtown area! This place has something for everyone from nature watching, to game room, to enjoying a drink on the wrap around deck or extra large fire pit! It exceeded our expectations!! If staying for baseball tournament it’s worth the extra 20 minute drive!

Awesome view

Everything was so awesome!!!! They had everything you need and more. It sits on acres of property with trails to hike. We have seen more deer here than I think we have seen in our lives together. They had trails, a large deck you could sit on to watch for deer and views that were so magnificent. The house was beautiful inside as well. I would stay there again if I were to go upstate NY again.

Beautiful Views

This property is beautiful! Many trails to hike with the family! About 30 min drive to ASV or Cooperstown. Beds were comfy, house was clean and spacious. Supplied with board games and game room. Owner was responsive when we had needs. Corn and Veggies sold up the street were delicious! Would recommend, especially for families with little siblings of baseball players!

Perfect Property for Balance

If you see this property available for the dates you are searching book it immediately as it will go fast. After long days at All-Star Village for baseball games, it was nice to have a short drive back to the ranch where it was quiet and peaceful. We had both sets of grandparents with us to watch our son play and made lifelong memories. Mike sent helpful text messages and left nice welcome gifts. The house is well taken care of and shows a lot of love went into building and maintaining it for great guest visits. I will recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area for baseball games!

Stay for a Cooperstown tournament

This listing is top notch!!! The amenities were great including speed queen washer/dryer, Keurig with milk frother, lines and towels galore, bbq grill and blasckstone flat grill just to name a few ! Bottom level game room with TV was a hit as well! Outdoor porch with plenty seating for gorgeous views. Lit canopy out front with area for a fire. Owners left a precious smores kit for us. Kitchen was well stocked. Would 100% recommend this listing!!! Drive was 25 minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park and Great scenery along the ride including deer along the way. Owner personally called me the day before to welcome us and provide door code. Mr Mike was always a text or call away during our stay and very responsive.

Very nice, clean property. Well-maintained, quality furnishings.

3 couples for 4 days; plenty of space, privacy and day-trip options. Comfortable beds, clean & bright bathrooms. Zero criticism.

Beautiful house with unbelievable views!

Had a wonderful stay at this house. There was a some wear and tear on the basement games (bumper pool and air hockey), but everything else was as advertised.

Baseball trip

Everything was perfect!!! The property was absolutely amazing!!!! Loved the fire pit and could not get enough of those views!!!! If I could suggest anything it would be to have a TV in the basement. Other than that, it was perfect!

Gorgeous home on a beautiful setting.

This property was perfect. 100% clean and met all our needs. The manager was quick to respond when we had a question. We would have loved to spend more time exploring the area but our baseball tournament kept us quite busy. If your coming for a tournament it is located between both parks but keep in mind traveling in the mountains is different than the flat roads you may be used to. We live in Indiana where it is very flat. This was a new experience for us but we’ll worth it !
