Good location, near stores and salons. The third bedroom is outside - it's like a pool house, and it has no bathroom. This is not a true 3 bedroom. The dishes and mixing bowls were nice, but there were NO KNIVES to cook or cut with. We made ribs so we had to cut them with butter knives. I cut the watermelon by stabbing it with scissors and pulling it apart. The knives thing is a huge oversight for families that cook. Also there were few pieces of silverware, mish-mosh - not presented well. A biggie: At this price and, REALLY, there were no paper towels? Lastly, we were warned several times not to lock the bottom lock on the door because we will be locked out and will be charged 50 to be let in. We were warned enough that I suppose this happens too often. Please fix this problem instead of threatening us with fines if we do something wrong. If we leave our cell phone inside and lock ourselves out . . . then what? Dinner table was for 4 only (usually for a 3 bedroom it would sear 6) and there was only a couch and bar stools to sit on in the living room. The pool was dirty although she said it was cleaned twice?? Overall -- overpriced and inaccurate listing.
