Away from the crowds, it is a character villa located on the edge of the village of Kayuputih, bordered by a mango forest, in a garden planted with tropical trees.
Comfortable villa, air-conditioned and well equipped. Careful decoration, decreasing prices depending on the duration.
Staff included in the rental price: the Manager who is also a driver, cleaner, gardener, caretaker are at your disposal. The car with the driver included will cost you only €30 per day.
Full board is possible for the week (3 hearty meals) for €13 per day + mineral water from the dispensary + coffee. Half board is 9 euros.
In bed & breakfast, a hearty English breakfast: 5 euros.
Scooter rental for around €5 per day.

Countryside location in the hills

When we booked this accommodation, the VRBO listing stated that it was a 7 minute walk to the beach which was incorrect. (The information has been correctly updated on VRBO now)Phillippe was extremely understanding when we said it did not meet the listing and the accommodation was too far from the beach with 2 young children.The accommodation was lovely, and would have been a great place to stay under the right circumstances and if we came back without wanting the beach or with mopeds we would definitely stay at Philippes accommodation.The staff at the accommodation were lovely and helpful.As the listing has been updated to the correct location, the ratings has been based on the correct information and not based on the original listing. This accommodation would be lovely for relaxation and easy to get around with a car or moped (we did not have either). The beach is around 12 minute drive and the dolphin tour is worth a tripPhillippe

Beautiful Villa with great staff

The Villa is a lovely with well kept gardens and great pool. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. A car is available with driver upon request. The house is run like a hotel with cooks available to supply all meals which were as good as going to a restaurant.

Havre de paix et de tranquilite, personnel gentil, discret, mais surtout : tres belle villa, La piscine est originale, magnifique. On s'est fait masser, on a bu tellement de cocktails de fruits, et Bali est vrziment une ile extraordinaire. On a hate d'y retourner. Bref, on est enchantes. Et on recommande cet endroit magique.

Villa juste merveilleuse! La maison avec ses salles de bain extĂ©rieures et ses portes, la piscine, le jardin
 tout est magnifique Et l accueil est juste fantastique, merci 🙏 - Rose pour les petit dĂ©jeuner et les superbes massages, - Wayan pour l entretien de la maison et du jardin, - Kadek pour les dĂ©licieux dĂźners , - Komang pour le taxi, - Pastik pour la garde de la maison. Tout le monde est d une extrĂȘme gentillesse et vous accueille avec beaucoup de cƓur. Il faut juste noter que l endroit est bruyant avec les chants des coqs, les aboiements des chiens et la route mais on s y habitue vite. Il faut avoir le taxi ou un scooter pour se dĂ©placer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette villa, nous avons vĂ©cus 8 jours de paradis

Schöne Villa

Zuerst haben wir die Villa nicht gefunden. Der Name des Anwesens lautet "Villa Pondok Jepun". Dann ist sie ĂŒber Google gut zu finden. Nimmt man die Navigation ĂŒber FeWo, so glaubt man, die Villa liegt in der NĂ€he des Strandes. TatsĂ€chlich ist sie rund 3 KM entfernt an einem Berg. Das muss man wissen. Zum Strand gehen ist also nicht möglich. Das Anwesen selber ist sehr schön, der Service und die Sauberkeit einwandfrei! In Bali wird ein Taxi gerne ĂŒber die Grab-App gerufen. Die Villa liegt außerhalb deren Bereiches. Es gibt jedoch im Ort Taxifahrer, welche man einfach per WhatsApp rufen kann. Einfach 2-3 Nummern notieren. Der alte Fernseher wurde einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft gegen ein ganz neues GerĂ€t getauscht. Die BĂ€der befinden sich im Freien . Wirklich sehr schön! Der Pool ist sehr gut nutzbar. Die Betten sind bequem. Mit einem Taxi sind es rund 10 Minuten in die Stadt.beziehungsweise an den Strand. In der Nachbarschaft befinden sich Tiere, welche am Morgen hörbar sind, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. FĂŒr Familien mit Kindern eine sehr schöne Villa. Gute Restaurants sind mit dem Taxi innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Der Vulkanstrand ist schön, sehr klares Wasser. Perfekt zum Baden. Tipp fĂŒrs FrĂŒhstĂŒck: Buda Bakery! Am Strand: Spice Beach Club. Drinks werden an der Liege serviert, das Essen ist hervorragend. Eigener Service, welcher uns nach dem Essen am Abend wieder zur Villa gebracht hat! Insgesamt eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Située sur les collines de Lovina, la villa est idéale pour un séjour en famille avec son joli jardin et une piscine aux formes arrondies (dont une pataugeoire). Le personnel est aux petits soins et Koman un super chauffeur qui peut vous donner de bons conseils et vous organiser, par exemple, une sortie pour voir les dauphins. Seul bémol, plusieurs coqs à proximité et la priÚre diffusée par haut-parleur.

Veel ruimte, rust en privacy. Compleet ingericht. De slaapkamers zijn groot en koel; de bedden comfortabel. Een schitterene tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Er is een grote flexibiliteit in het vervullen van je wensen. De locatie is afgelegen waardoor je niet zonder mechanisch vervoer kunt maar dat is goed te regelen. Kortom een plek waarvandaan je met een zwaar hart vertrekt

Villa de charme balinaise typique, literie excellente, climatisation parfaite, salles de bains extérieures tellement agréables et protégées par la végétation. Piscine à débordement dans un jardin paysagé avec goût. Wunderschöner WohlfĂŒhlort zum Erholen

Wir haben die 9 Tage in der Villa Ponduk Jepun mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und einem Freund sehr genossen. Nach dem Ubud-Trubel haben wir hier mehr den Relax-Teil unseres Urlaubs verbracht mit Thermenbesuchen, Massagen und einfach nur Sein - das grandiose, weitlĂ€ufige Ambiete und der angenehm temperierte Pool haben sehr dazu beigetragen. Die sehr freundliche Staff hat tĂ€glich fĂŒr Ordnung und unser Wohlergehen gesorgt. Der Manager stand uns immer zur Seite, z.B. beim Ausleihen der Scooter. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, das Anwesen zu finden - da wir den Namen von der Villa nicht wussten - das wĂ€re unserer Meinung nach gut in die Beschreibung zu schreiben. Herzlichen Dank auf jeden Fall an Philippe & seine Staff P+R+V+C+L

dĂ©jĂ , fĂ©licitation au personnel ,tous accueillants ,dĂ©vouĂ©s ,discrets, et efficaces. Un plus pour la cuisiniĂšre "ilo"(je ne connais pas l'orthographe) qui nous a fait des plats typiques de son pays! le manager qui nous a trĂšs bien expliquĂ© ce que l'on voulait savoir. la villa est trĂšs belle ,situĂ©e un peu en retrait ce qui nĂ©cessite un vĂ©hicule (scooter ou voiture) belle piscine mais qui hĂ©las mĂ©riterait une bonne rĂ©novation ,les chambres sont grandes et Ă©quipĂ©es, (celle prĂšs de la cuisine mĂ©rite aussi un rafraichissement) et la salle d'eau extĂ©rieure serait plus agrĂ©able si il y avait un toit qui protĂšge car les jours de grosse pluie on ne peut pas sortir se laver!!!sinon ,nous avons passer un excellent sĂ©jour un bĂ©mol tout de mĂȘme: pour nous c'Ă©tait l'appel a la priĂšre quelques matins Ă  6h!!! et lĂ  plus la peine de fermer l'Ɠil!!çà dure trop longtemps! De plus il serait bon de mettre des rideaux occultant aux fenĂȘtres car en plus du bruit il y a la lumiĂšre (pas de volets). du coup bonnes vacances mais dĂ©marrage de la journĂ©e parfois au lever du petit jour! Pas toujours facile quand on cherche le repos total !! nous recommandons cette belle demeure !!
