Modern and cozy villa located 0.5 m from the picturesque village of Buger.
The farm has a fully fenced 18,000 m plot with easy private access and covered parking. At 10 minutes you will find the beaches of Muro, Alcudia beach, Ca'n picafort, Pollença and 3 km from the Campanet Caves, golf course 10 km away.
House of 190 m plus 150 m of covered terraces, consists of 3 bedrooms with comfortable viscolastic beds and air conditioning, 2 full bathrooms (one en suite) and a toilet. Large and bright living room of 60 m equipped with a satellite TV and direct access to the terraces.
Independent and fully equipped kitchen. The house has free wifi, has laundry room with washer and dryer.
Outside you will find 700 m of garden with two porches, sofa, tables and chairs, ping-pong table and basketball basket. The pool measures 11.5 x 4.5 m, is fenced and is salt water with an area with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The barbecue is covered and is made of coal.
Bed linen and bath towels are included.

A magical countryside finca

A beautiful house in a peaceful rural setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday away from it all. The large garden with fruit trees, swimming pool and other amenities made our holiday magical, and the sounds of the countryside took us back to our childhood. Communication with the host was easy, as was the check in process. We can highly recommend this property.

Great family villa with pool

The Villa exceeded our expectations. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped, including a large BBQ. The pool and surrounding area was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The house is set in extensive grounds and is very private. We enjoyed it so much we spent most of our time there. We were able to live outside all the time apart from sleeping as there are shaded dining areas and comfortable seating. The location was ideal for us - just on the outskirts of a village and less than half an hour from the beach. Communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful, coming out to meet us late at night when we couldn’t find the property.They also left us basic provisions so that we could make something to eat on arrival.

Superb house!

We were delighted with the house, the garden and the pool. Catalina, the host, was very kind and met us at the property. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very helpful on the last day as our flight was delayed so she let us stay a bit later. Garden and pool are a real plus with this house.

Lovely rural setting, we definitely needed a car. The house and outside space were perfect. We would definitely return. Walk to Burger village is about 10 minutes , partly up a vey steep hill but worth the walk for small village with a couple of bars and fantastic bakery. Catalina the host was there to greet us on arrival and replied to messages very promptly. The house was cleaned mid stay and beds changed. With it being rural there are animal noises such as dogs barking and cockerels crowing. So Pablo was a 10 minute drive if that, again truly Majorcan in character with a central square to enjoy the atmosphere.

Perfect getaway

Lovely property in a semi- rural location but a short drive to beaches and not far from main towns. Large, well maintained house and fantastic pool and garden. Our young children loved it and we found it spacious and comfortable. Catalina is a very accommodating and helpful host.

Die Villa in Búger ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und bietet viel Platz sowie eine angenehme Lage im Landesinneren von Mallorca. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die kurz vor Reisebeginn alle wichtigen Informationen zur Anreise und zum Aufenthalt zur Verfügung stellt. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und zuverlässig.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, wenn man sowohl Palma als auch Alcúdia erkunden möchte – beide Orte sind in etwa 20 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Grundstück selbst ist sehr großzügig angelegt: Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt, und auch der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Insgesamt ist das Anwesen ruhig gelegen, mit schöner Aussicht auf die ländliche Umgebung.Leider gibt es aber auch einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es mehrere Hunde, die häufig und teilweise fast dauerhaft bellen – das kann je nach Empfindlichkeit recht störend sein, besonders in den frühen Morgen- oder späten Abendstunden.Auch in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit besteht Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Villa wirkt insgesamt etwas „schmuddelig“, und man merkt, dass sie eine gründlichere Reinigung gut vertragen könnte. Einige Armaturen in den Badezimmern und in der Küche sind locker oder stark abgenutzt und sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Perfekte Auszeit

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Im Haus fehlt es einfach an nichts . Ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Grundstück, dass man eigentlich nicht verlassen will. Die Lage ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Sehr gute Anbindung für Ausflüge.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir können das Haus und die Lage empfehlen. Die Beschreibung passt, alles wie beschrieben. Aus unserer Sicht könnten folgende Punkte verbessert werden um die volle Punktzahl zu erhalten: - Einige Küchenutensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen) müssen dringend erneuert werden. - Poolreinigung sollte verbessert werden, den auf dem Grund liegenden Schmutz (Insekten, Blätter) konnten wir mit dem Käscher nicht entfernen und blieben lange im Pool. Chemie kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, offensichtlich eine Salzelektrolyse, sehr angenehm und Hautfreundlich. - Den Müll selber wegzubringen war neu für uns, Öffnungszeiten des Recyclinghofs war nicht immer mit unserem Rhythmus kompatibel.

Great house

We had a great stay at the house. Beautiful house, big pool and everything we needed was available. The hospitality was great, we just needed to text and we got support within a couple minutes. House is perfectly located, close to some nice towns and the best beaches.

La casa è il massimo che si possa pretendere da una struttura per le vacanze. Posizione strategica lontana dalla confusione dell'isola ma vicina (10 minuti di auto) dal mare e dalla movida. Struttura con tutti i comfort sia all'interno (ampi spazi, camere e bagni grandi) che all'esterno (piscina grande circondata da un prato verde impeccabile). Dejligt hus på landet

Super fint hus som levede op til billeder. Det er ude på landet i Mallorca hvor hanen galer og hvor du er omgivet af smukke træer, dejlig pool og huset er fint med aircon i soveværelser. Det kan ikke undgås at der er en del insekter, hvepse, myrer, myg mm. da man er på landet. Det tager ca 35 min til Palma, 20 min til Muro strand. Vi havde en skøn ferie i fred og ro.
