The property was super clean, neat, and staff was very friendly. What I didn’t like was I told housekeeping that I didn’t need any service. I went out for the day and came back my I phone charger was missing. I left it plugged in the wall by my bed. My daughters had new chargers so they didn’t use mine but mine was stolen I know for a fact it was stolen. I told housekeeping I didn’t need service just towels so she gave them to me in the hallway and I gave her my dirty towels in the hallway then my family and I left for the entire day. I know exactly what happens. Since I told her I didn’t need service she went in my room anyway since I left and stole my charger. My advice to anyone who is staying don’t ever say you don’t want housekeeping because they will go in your room when you leave and steal then when you complain and tell the hotel that they stole something from your room the housekeeper will say she didn’t go in the room because the guest said she didn’t want housekeeping. That’s how the cover there tracks. So always request housekeeping that way you can say they were in your room if something comes up missing. A charger is no big deal but stealing is stealing if I had something of value that probrably would have been stolen too. They do have safes in the closet you can use which is wonderful but I didn’t think I had to put my charger in a safe. Other than that the hotel is wonderful I will go back but next time I’ll request housekeeping and use the safe provided

Scrambled eggs subpar, potatoes were slightly warm, sausages were subpar, breakfast was stocked well. Check in staff was not at front desk that much. Cob webs and very dusty on lamp shade near window in room. Ice maker on second floor doesn't work.

Beautiful Hotel!!!

I had a very nice room, modern, comfortable, and a nice view of the snow coming down out my window! Breakfast, fantastic, and the people who run the kitchen, very friendly as well as the front desk people, I will definitely stay there again!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

Realized my son's school wasnt staying here 30 minutes after we check in. Front desk staff was too busy checking in other guest that she barely listened to our issue. Very quickly stated that she can't help accommodate us because it is after check out already. Well yeah of course, check out is 12 pm and check in is 3 pm. The property was great but I wish staff were a bit more compassionate.
