This is the place to be. The manager is extremely polite and so helpful that I don't have words to describe it. It's not expensive very affordable and my place is huge. When I come back This summer This is where I'm staying again.

Perfect spot nice neigborhood , this place needs to be freshen up , new sheets towels , it need it more love , the bathroom needs a good cleaning , there was dust aroud the leges , the washer and drier needs to be replace , it was ok it could it be better ,

Dejlig indretning af lejligheden, til 3 generationer. God beliggenhed. Det trænger til en grundig rengøring. Der mangler køkken ting, så der kan laves mad, alt er meget slidt. Kontakter beskidte, løse, dørhåndtag falder af. Støvsuger mangler der rør, kosten er møg beskidt, blender mangler der underdelen. Ærgerligt lejligheden ikke bliver vedligeholdt.

Excelente el departamento. El edificio cuenta con ascensor que no llega al 5to piso por lo que hay que subir por escaleras el último piso. No cuenta con cochera en el mismo edificio.

No era lo que buscaba

El departamento está bastante bien, es cómodo, amplio pero se nota que las cosas tienen bastante uso. El colchón y el sillón tienen sus años.. el precio esta muy bien. Pero si no lees cómo yo atentamente, no ves que en letra chica te agrega el iva y la limpieza en valor dólar q lo tenes que pagar cuando ingresas y me sorprendió que sea el cálculo a dólar blue y no al oficial. Con respecto a la limpieza pague $1000 argentinos y el piso por ejemplo estaba sucio. El hecho de que se llame palermo apart y tenga fotos de distintas habitaciones me confundió y pensé que era como un apart hotel, que era lo que necesitaba.

Very kind people and good services

This apartment is located in Palermo "barrio". Walking distance from the restaurant/bar/disco district which Palermo is famous for. It is a good starting point for discovering Buenos Aires, close to metro station and bus lines. The apartment is small, suitable for a family (4 people). Well equipped. The owner is also owner of a travel agency and we have been helped in visiting the city with several advises.
