The suite we were given was not as pictured on line. We paid for the superior room but it did not look like the one pictured online. No armchairs in the living area, just the plastic chairs for the dining table, which were not comfortable for lounging. We were booked for 18 days! We were told what we booked did not come with them when we asked management. There was no hand soap, shampoo, and only half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived, but the cleaning staff was accommodating when asked for supplies. Also, No daily housekeeping as indicated online. Some positives, bed was comfortable, and the area is walkable to sights, restaurants and metro.

Horrible service from management, dirty looking, bath tub water getting stuck, old, dirty tub not clean well and air conditioning not working well. Weed smell outside coming from other rooms.

Sinceramente creo que el lugar con un poco de atención podría mejorar, estaba sucio en general, el balcón no cerraba, olía a cigarro, llegamos ya muy tarde en la noche y ni siquiera había papel de baño ni jabón para las manos, en ubicación y contacto con la persona estuvo bien, si contestaba solo que no atendieron mi petición de papel y de reparar las puertas del balcón
