Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht: ein Doppelbett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein sehr kleiner Kühlschrank sowie ein altertümlicher Fernseher. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage brauchte manchmal etwas Motivation, um anzuspringen, kühlte dann aber den Raum auch schnell und gut ab. Der dazugehörige Balkon (bzw. "Wintergarten") verfügt über ein zusätzliches Bett. Ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle, die abends zum Verweilen einladen, sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Balkon selber liegt mit Blick auf das nebenstehende, ca. 2m entfernte Gebäude, so dass der Straßenlärm nur etwas abgeschwächt zu hören ist. Die Gemeinschaftsküche im Erdgeschoss bietet alles, was man für ein einfaches Essen an Gerätschaften benötigt. Wer keinen großen Wert auf eine luxuriöse Unterkunft legt sondern auf einen überaus hilfsbereiten, freundlichen und zuverlässigen Vermieter, ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind (ca. 15 min). Einziges Manko sind die Parkmöglichkeiten. In der engen Gasse kann eine einzelne Garage angemietet werden, die mit 5 €/Tag durchaus erschwinglich ist. Ist duese belegt, dürfte es schwierig werden, sein Auto in der Nähe abzustellen.
