Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 29 February, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

• Cleaning fee: EUR 160 per accommodation, per stay
• A damage deposit of EUR 250 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
