Water pressure in rooms not great, Had to get moved and that wasn’t much better. Scraping of the chairs in the morning downstairs from very early could be heard. Food was very poor the night before. This was a shame as we had high hopes and wanted a place that we could return to. The upside, the staff were great and very attentive

From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious. The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍. The breakfast was awesome….so all in all a very relaxing stay. Thx everyone at The amazing Kings Arms 👍👍👌👌.

We would not recommend unless you are only after a place to stay overnight, as the Wi-Fi is rubbish and the breakfast is very limited I.E continental only unless you want something cooked, which you have to pay extra for. The property is in need of a revamp along with the rooms but not the bathroom, well not in our room (15) this was modern, although it took the shower a good 5 minutes before it stopped dripping! The staff were very friendly and helpful but we would say this was a good value for money stay.

Don’t stay here! We had an awful room hard twin beds. The place had music full blast. The staff were playing football outside during their breaks. It seemed rough. We checked out and booked another hotel in Exeter.
