This lovely 2-bedroom cottage is set in a peaceful rural location just 5 minutes from the beach near Bude. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups of friends, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Guests also have access to the beautiful grounds, including tennis courts and a giant chess set.



The Space:

A welcoming rural retreat, the cottage features:



-Living & Dining: Open-plan living area with two sofas, a dining table, smart TV, and vaulted ceilings that create a bright, airy atmosphere. ----French doors with a juliette balcony offer stunning countryside views.

-Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped kitchen with all essentials for preparing meals (suitable for 4 guests).

-Bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, with comfortable beds, crisp hotel-quality linens, and ample storage.

-Bathroom: Large family bathroom with shower and bath, toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels.



Connectivity & Grounds: Free WiFi throughout, plus access to the shared gardens and outdoor facilities, including tennis courts and giant chess.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the cottage, and can also make use of the gardens and outdoor facilities (shared with other guests).



The Neighborhood:

A peaceful location surrounded by farmland with lovely coastal views. Less than 5 mins drive (or 25 minute walk) from Widemouth Bay, where you can make the most of the stunning beach and enjoy surfing, watersports or coastal walks . Here there is a small selection of cafes and bars but for more choice you can head 5 minutes up the coast to Bude. Bude is a bustling coastal town, home to an array of shops, bars, restaurants and even a night club. You can also rent surfboards, SUPs or book boat trips, fishing or other activities from one of the tour operators based in Bude. Here you will also find a large Morrisons supermarket for your groceries.



Getting Around:

Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages.



This property accepts dogs, but please inform us before booking if you intend to bring your dog(s).



Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
