Το κατάλυμα ήταν στο κέντρο της πόλης, πολύ κοντά σε αγορές και μνημεία. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού, όπως και ο σκελετός, ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Ο καναπές αντίθετα ήταν πολύ άνετος. Κλιματιστικό είχε μόνο το ένα δωμάτιο, με αυτό αναμμένο η θερμοκρασία ήταν καλή σε όλο το κατάλυμα. Το πάτωμα του υπνοδωματίου ήταν λίγο ελαττωματικό, το τραπεζάκι του καθιστικού υπό κατάρρευση. Το μπάνιο είχε δυο πόρτες, πράγμα βολικό αφού καθεμία είχε πρόσβαση από άλλο δωμάτιο.
