Our beautiful beach condo in Bucerias has everything you need for an incredible holiday, this brand new condo offers top amenities such as: Gym, swimming pools, infinity pool, jacuzzi, conference room, outdoor BBQ's, and a marvelous rooftop with incredible 360 views of the mountains and the pacific ocean from this privileged point of view. Inside our unit we thought about all aspects for a comfortable and stress free holiday, including fiber optic internet, beach chairs, umbrella and much more!

This property has been recently delivered in 2024, the spaces are ample, construction materials are solid and the finishes are just beautiful. Gotta love the white quartz countertops, the height on a 4th level with ocean views, spacious room with closet, a dresser, and TV along with a mini split AC unit. The kitchen has many appliances including an air fryer, an italian expresso machine, a dish washer, a small cooler and plastic cups for the pool, wine glasses of all kinds, beer mugs, expresso shot glasses and many more items!

The entire private unit is available for our guests, including a parking stall if needed. About the common areas all are for their use and joy, all the amenities including the gym, infinity pool, jacuzzi, swimming pools, BBQ's, etc.

Bucerias Beauty

Great Location for us. 1 Block from Beach, close to relatives who live in Bucerias. Close to restaurants and shopping. Our unit was very nice, well furnished, wigh all the amenities and appliances to make our stay very enjoyable.
