Make yourself at home in this fully-equipped studio at LIFE Bucerias, a brand-new development located in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, just half a block from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee from your private balcony with an ocean view in the morning, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

*The space*

In this brand-new studio, there is a 55" Smart TV, a king-size bed, and a full bathroom with a "rain" shower.
The balcony has a couple of outdoor chairs and a table to enjoy the breeze and view of the Pacific Ocean.
The kitchenette is finished in granite and is fully equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a mini fridge, a toaster, a blender, a filter coffee maker, and all the cooking basics.

*** This studio connects to a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. If available, they can be rented together to make a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for up to 4 guests. Ask for more information.

The room was clean and convenient to all amenities. Only 4 star rating because it was advertised to have a small table on the balcony but it didn’t have one. Property mgr couldn’t get one from the owner. We ended up using the kitchen garbage bin tipped upside down. Overall the Life building is in a great location to enjoy your vacation

View of the ocean with a great pool area and hot tub. Gym was very clean and loaded with equipment. Room was clean and comfortable.

Beach very nice. Nice pool and hot tub. Would be good for the units to include beach chairs and umbrella instead of renting for $15 dollars a day.
