The location is on the best street of Bucerias. I walked everywhere. Life is a beautiful building with great property management. Rooms are clean and modern. The balconies are useless. They are very tiny (chair barely fits) and baking in the sun. The roof bar is great and the pools are nice. I will stay again.

Great place, Spectacular location!

The unit is beatiful, comfortable, quiet and as advertised. We were very happy with it. The owner provides you with a "Great"quality beach umbrella and chairs. A must have that made spending the days in the sun on the beach a total joy! We loved this thoughtful extra and thank them for it! The beach nearby was a complete joy! Also shops nearby to rent just about any water sport eqiup you could think of. The building had washrooms on the ground floor. So clean bathroom breaks from the beach are only a short walk away. A big plus we also appreciated. The building has a steak house and a Bar on the top floor. We didn't use them but they looked nice and were not loud or disruptive at night. The pool area and gym also looked very nice and well maintained. We primarily booked this unit for it proximity to the beach, restaurants/pubs and shops. This property is exceptionally located. Just 3 min walk to the beach. Within a few minutes walk of a wealth of great restaurants, pubs, shops and a small grocery store. Everything you could want is easily walkable. The property is accessed at all hours through a manned security gate. Check in was a little confusing as to the where and how of it. Managers response to questions were often next day. This was not an issue for us as our questions were not urgent. Otherwise they were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend and definitely would book again.

Confortable suite and great location!

Overall, this property is very good. Of note though for improvement is the pool deck surface. It is extremely slippery when wet. I myself fell but thankfully wasn't injured However, we witnessed many others slip and fall. This is hazardous and should be addressed. Our suite was well equipped but having a mid sized sauce pan with a lid would be beneficial. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. We will recommend to others who are looking for a place downtown Bucerias to stay!

Life 516

Apartment was exactly as described. Brand new and well equipped. There was absolutely nothing we were missing. Location is amazing close to everything. We love the beach so it was wonderful to have chairs and umbrella there for our use. Would recommend this accommodation to all.
