No worries for WIFI.
There is elevator inside building for only 2 people can ride. Also there is stairs.
You have to get the door pass code in advance.
At the front door of apartment, you can push the code then you can come inside.
If you have problem about passcord, kind officer can be support you.

Horrible appartment, information is false and misleading; it is not an “Ático” (it is a ground floor), and for sure it is not deluxe. Appartment was very dirty, the most of the equipment very old and several parts broken. Very noisy (a pub on one side and and like a Church to the Other where at 7am singing “ghospel” as If they were in the room. But even worst was the communication with the owners; treatment absolutely rude; we told them that the appartment was different to the one engaged and the response was very rude and bad-mannered. We also requested the Pin to swich on the heating system and they did not give us any response. We arrived at 11 pm to the appartment for two nights, but Expedia had to relocate us to other place after first night. Hope it helps potential clients to not “fall” in this “fake” appartment.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was mold on the walls in both rooms, so we had to sleep in the living room. The shower and toilet were not clean. Communication was poor, and the instructions were unclear, which made it difficult for us to access the apartment. When we contacted customer service, the person who answered was quite rude. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend.
