Great location

Great location in Brussels, clean and comfy room, and friendly staff. Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but overall we had a great stay.

Lovely hotel in quiet convenient location

great quiet location, near shops and restaurants and close to metro. Hotel was beautifully designed, staff very friendly, lots of relaxing areas to chill, but the room was great and clean. Worth paying for the breakfast too

Highs and lows at the Hygge Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and new. The public spaces are tastefully decorated. Our room in the new section was spacious, modern, and clean. The front desk staff were lovely, and the lady tending the breakfast buffet March 13-16 was top notch: 5 stars to her. We were disappointed with the housekeeping. It seemed every day that went by, the room had fewer and fewer amenities. We had to call down to request towels, toilet paper, and tissues. I don’t know if our housekeeper was trying to send us a message or what… As of March 16th 2025 the streets around the hotel are under noisy construction. I doubt that annoyance will persist into April, they were making rapid progress.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a little off the main street which made it nice and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You are waking distance to a main street with restaurants and and a grocery store. We walked from the EuroSstar trainStation which took about 20 min but it was easy to find.

Booked and paid for a single king size bed, allocated a doubled single bed joined side by side and slipping away when I sleepin the middle. Horrible. No air conditionning, no thermostat to regulate room temperature, no carpet, only basic wooden floor without bedfall carpet. Traces of uncleaned paint on the corridor carpet. Car park at an extorsionate price.
