This hotel was disgusting. I visibly saw bed bugs on the beds. The area outside is not safe and you are told not to walk around at night. Will never stay anywhere near here again and I recommend you don’t either.

I booked this hotel due to an interruption in my travel plans, which left me stranded in Brussels. The room was old and in a very poor shape, with what appeared as cigarette burns on much of the furniture. The bed was old and uncomfortable. It was a hot night and the cheap ventilator did little to ease the heat. I have later contacted the hotel through Hotels.com, in order to get a receipt for my payment, but my emails have gone unanswered. Phone calls are directed to an answering machine that won't record messages. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

The shower trickles. I had to put my head under the faucet to rinse my hair. There was no shower curtain nor towel for the floor. I had to use the regular towel for the floor so it won’t be slippery. Also, the location is not in a good neighborhood. The only good thing I can say is they let us check in early. That’s the reason I gave it a 3.

- La réception puis le patron ont prétendu que la réservation avait été annulée, alors que la rappel de celle-ci avait été expédiée par Hotel.com et qu'une chambre était disponible - Chambre propre, mais maintenance des équipement et finitions "approximatives" - Alarmes incendie répétées sans raison apparente le matin - Fenêtre de la chambre 205 ne fermant pas - Pas de rideau occultant pour la nuit, seulement des voiles - Pomme de douche fuyarde. AUCUN service de petit déjeuner, sans parler d'une simple boisson chaude disponible : la photo sur le site est "publicitaire" - personnel à la réception pas toujours francophone Et tout ça pour 120 euros !

Más que una opinión, describo nuestra experiencia. Mientras dormíamos, a las 5am una persona entró a nuestra habitación mientras dormía con mi pareja. Jamás en mi vida me pasó algo similar, me sentí totalmente indefenso y en ausencia de lo mínimo que te debería ofrecer un hotel que es seguridad, y principalmente intimidad. Nos despertamos nerviosos, no entendíamos nada, asustados. Ante nuestros gritos, la persona cerró la puerta y se fue. Conmovido y preocupado, bajé al lobby para ver a quien le habían dado la tarjeta de mi habitación o ver que había pasado. El conserje me dice que por error y omisión de su compañero de turno anterior, nuestra habitación no había quedado correctamente registrada y le habían dado acceso a otra persona. El seguimiento de ingresos y habitaciones lo hacen en unas hojas escritas con lápiz y lapicera, totalmente arcaico. La explicación que dieron fue totalmente inconsistente, nos costó mucho conciliar el sueño y relajarnos. Sugiero a la plataforma revisar nuestro caso.

El hotel está muy cerca del Gare du Midi. La zona en general es fea. Todo alrededor del GareDu Midi es feo y sucio. El hotel me pareció caro para lo que era. Lo usamos como hotel de una sola noche para tomar el tren al aeropuerto el siguiente día. Muy viejo con mala atención y más de 150 euros por una noche me pareció una exageración. Preferiría tomar un Uber de Gare du Midi hacia otra zona.

Problème de réservation. Avec le site. Donc arrivé devant l hôtel en famille avec un bébé, il n y avait pas de chambre réservée. On a dû aller ailleurs. Système de chat très lent avec le site hôtel. J ai signalé le problème. Discussion entamée puis plus rien... Pas de mails... Bref je doute que je prendrai encore des résa avec hôtels.com

Close to Brussels South railway station

The hotel is somewhat old, but reasonably clean. Maintenance was at least on par if not better as comparable locations in Brussels. If you are afraid of the smallest trace of mould, this place is not for you. The location is somewhat noisy, but that's what you get just a 5 minutes walk from the biggest railway station. Not a top hotel, but reasonable value for the money. I would go there again if I needed accommodation close to metro and railway.
