I paid for the reservation in advance and once I got there the hotel was closed, couldn't get in contact with anyone, phone or email. Terrible experience... I couldn't do even the check -in. Still waiting for a refund.

This hotel was close to the Tour de France route. The staff directed us to the best ways and places to see the race. Very helpful and friendly.

Brussels meeting

Clean and basic have hotel if you have things to do in the area. Out of the way and isolated for tourists to Brussels. I had meetings nearby and was convenient but would not stay there for other reasons. Breakfast was good but on the expensive side for a hotel like this but with more options than expected.

Great little friendly hotel

Great hotel in nice location. Staff were great - all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good - everything you could want and all fresh. Very nice staff in restaurant and kitchen. nothing too much trouble. Rooms are a bit dated but bed very comfortable. Only criticism would be the sound insulation in rooms is poor. You can hear all noise in adjoining rooms and corridors- probably due to hardwood floors etc but can keep you awake. On the whole a great little friendly hotel and very good value. Will definitely stop here again.

Nah, ‘this was not for me!!

I will never stay there again!! Misadvertised as there was no air conditioning, breakfast was incredibly expensive so I did not go for it. Staff was ok but service was somehow basic.

Nice comfortable room. Very friendly recption staff. Gluten free option available in the hotel restaurant. Bus and tram stops just infront of the hotel. Parc Josaphat is right opposite to the hotel.

Clean, friendly and conveniently located

The staff was great, the bed was really comfortable and the place was clean. Breakfast was 15 EUR but it was worth it! Wi-Fi worked fine. The room I stayed in was on the 7th floor the elevator only goes to the 6th therefore you have to walk an extra flight no issues for me but some other pp may have a problem. The are two ways to get here from the airport. Take Bus 272 drops you off about 5 blocks away or take a tram & bus and get dropped off right in front.

Room was functional. Shower looked like something from Star Wars inside a startlingly coloured bathroom. But breakfast orange juice was the best.

big room and bad wifi

Hotel is a little bit noisy since it's on a corner of two streets. WiFi - is it so hard to have a good WiFi these days? Room is quite big but breakfast restaurant suffers of lack of space. It's not near downtown. There's a bus station in front of hotel taking you to the downtown. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes each direction.
