This is a beautiful and elegant property with an excellent location—just a short 10-minute walk to all the main sights of Brussels. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, though the train station is also only about a 10-minute walk away. Since our luggage was heavy and it was pouring rain when we arrived, the taxi was well worth it. We arrived early (before 11 a.m.), and the staff could not have been more welcoming. They invited us to relax in a lovely lounge with complimentary tea, coffee, and water while our room was being prepared, and they kindly stored our luggage so we could head out and explore the city. We didn’t dine at the hotel but enjoyed breakfast around the corner at Fred, which we absolutely loved. Our room was charming—cozy and tastefully decorated. It was a little snug for two large suitcases, but we made it work with one on the floor and one on the rack. Overall, we loved both the property and its location. The staff’s hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location near (but not on) the Grand Place. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. if someone in your party has scent-sensitivity or asthma, be aware that they might find the common areas difficult because of the aromatherapy. It wasn't an issue in the rooms themselves.
