Convenient city stay

Very convenient location only minutes away from the city centre. Basic room but with everything required including TV. Hairdryer available from reception when required. Some outside noise from local scaffold works but not hotels fault. No free early bag drop and payment required even for hot water. Overall would recommend

The hotel was affordable and worth its price for a short trip. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. It was simple but it had all you need for quick traveling. The location was very convenient and about a 10 minute walk from Brussels Central Station. Additionally, the majority of the main sights (such as the Main Plaza) and many dining options were also within very close walking distance.

Great budget hotel

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He made the check-in process very easy. They also have bag storage, so I was able to leave my things in a locker there, while I toured the city for a few hours the next day.

Great stay

Amazing location and great price. They were also very helpful in sorting out my booking when I accidentally made it for the wrong dates. Bed was comfortable and large, bathroom was clean and spacious, room was clean. There was a lot of noise from other guests slamming doors which woke me up repeatedly in the morning so better soundproofing would be helpful.

A good value, once you get used to it

As an older traveler, I became a bit wary when, the day before checking in, I received an email disclosing fees for things that I've always taken for granted such as an early check in, if a room is available and/or a way of stowing my large bag (I'm on a two-week trip). My worries were ill founded. The hotel has a storage locker, much as you'll find at any train station, for bags. And the front desk is very friendly. The facilities are sparkling clean. The room is comfortable, if a bit small by American standards. And the bathroom design accomodates its tight space very comfortably. I am impressed. The hotel is located near a very large food court that is better than any food court I've ever eaten at; it helps that there's a micro-brewery on site and a wide range of restaurants. A very shrot walk away can be found the full range of stores, crowded pubs andbistros that are typical of "old" Brussels. Though the train station is a short walk away, the construction, street closures, and generally chaotic lay-out of a picturesque old European street system can make finding this place a problem. Cabs and Ubers take a round about way to getting to/from the hotel simply because of the complicated street system. But now that I know my way around a bit better, I'll walk.
