The Space:

This GORGEOUS lakefront listing is ready for your family vacation. The home has been recently renovated and has all modern finishes.



There are three well-appointed bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and even a Murphy bed in the living room for extra guests. The home has floor to ceiling windows in the common areas which showcase the beautiful lakeview. There are also some games just in case you want to have a night in or if there is rain in the forecast.



The living room has a great entertaining area with a large TV, comfy seating and a foosball table. There are beach chairs, a cooler and towels for your use when having a fun day in the sun.



There is a table in the backyard for dining while overlooking the water. The kitchen has a coffee maker, tea maker, air fryer and all other kitchen items you would need to whip up a gourmet meal.



Have an electric vehicle? There is a 70amp level 2 ChargePoint EV Charger in the garage



We also have fishing rods, tackle, beach chairs, a beach wagon, cooler and beach towels available for your use.



Centrally located, it's just 15 minutes to St. Simons and Jekyll Island and a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Brunswick where there's lots of restaurants, shopping and Mary Ross Waterfront. You also have several award-winning restaurants within a couple minutes drive.



If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.



Note:



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $125 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
