Excellent stay! This hotel is situated in the city centre of Bruges, yet away from the very touristy hot spots and in an area with lots of restaurants, fast food options, bars and shops. Very clean room and they surprised us for our anniversary. The breakfast was very tasty and with lots of good options. We will be returning when back to Bruges. We couldn’t have expected anything better!

2nd holiday at this hotel, same great experience and the staff are amazing, nothing is to much for them to do for you. The breakfast is amazing and plenty full. Rooms cleaned every day with everything topped up. Can’t fault this hotel. Looking to book for next year again.

The biggest frustration was we paid the same price as our friends, they had a large better condition room, ours was pokey and not as modern. We booked the same room type and paid over €200 a night but got a lower quality room. So make sure you get what you pay for

We actually stayed at a different hotel from the group, the one we booked was sold out but expedia made a mistake so they transferred us. They let us know in advance and communicated very clearly. We had a comfortable stay but I wouldn't say these hotels are 4 stars, more like 3 or 2. A funny moment was we went down to reception to ask for robes and the lady at the counter said yes the rooms don't come with them, you have to ask reception. We both had a moment of silence with me thinking aren't you reception and have I not just asked for a robe? Then she asked if I would like one so it was all sorted in the end. Breakfast was great! Many options and since we went early, it wasn't crowded at all. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but for the rate we paid our expectations were higher. We didn't get to try the spa part though so maybe that would have made a difference.

Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The breakfast was nice and the location was really good. Room was clean and refreahed daily. A few areas of particular annoyance: there is little soundproofing between rooms so we were regularly woke up via talking, television and snoring in adjoining rooms. There is a light sensor in the bathroom, but due to its location, it didnt know if anyone was on the toilet and kept turning off. The only way to get the light on again was to get up and walk around after 2 minutes. This was extremely poor and annoying. I didn't expect to need my phone for light when using the toilet in a four star hotel.

Room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated with a view of the courtyard. The bar and other general areas including the courtyard were lovely and relaxing. There was on site parking which was excellent but I would book that ahead to make sure you get a space. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
