This home has 4 bedrooms, with one of the rooms on the second floor featuring 2 king-sized beds. The home has two full baths on the second floor and one and a half baths on the first floor.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, which features multiple water access points, scenic hiking trails, and a serene pond—perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply soaking in the natural surroundings. For those arriving by boat, the property offers deep-water moorings with the option to tender directly to the dock. The dock is ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, or simply soaking up the sun—your own private gateway to waterfront adventure and relaxation.
Other Things to Note:
This property is also well-suited for hosting intimate gatherings and small events. Please note that the owners reside on an island just off the coast near the home. Occasionally, they may use their owner suite, located above the garage. This unit has a separate entrance and is not rented as a short-term rental.
