The cabin boasts five spacious bedrooms (each with a flat-screen TV), four bathrooms, and even a ramp-accessible entrance, making it a welcoming retreat for everyone.

Step into the Great Room, where a cozy gas log fireplace, two full-size sofas, and four ultra-comfy high-boy chairs invite you to kick back and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with two refrigerators to hold all your snacks and drinks. We had the best time at Simmer Down. We wrangled up some extended family and came for a long weekend. We had lots of fun doing activities outside of the cabin, but the best part was coming “home” and relaxing. We enjoyed grilling, hot tubbing, drinking coffee, watching the kids play on the playground, and playing cards on the awesome deck/wrap around porch. S’mores around the fire, of course. We made lasting memories playing pool, watching tv, and having big family dinners around the huge dining room table. We are already ready to come back (preferably in cooler weather next time!). The cabin was so clean and well kept, and it honestly had everything we needed and more. The layout of the cabin is open and perfect for entertaining, but the bedrooms are also private and located perfectly upstairs and downstairs. The rustic decor is so cozy. The only minor issue we had was the Wi-Fi signal being weak (probably because so many of us were connecting to it at once), but who needs strong WiFi while you’re in a cabin in the woods with loved ones?! We would recommend again and again.

Awesome cabin great location

Went with a group of friends. kitchen was nicely stocked had an extra fridge just for drink which was very nice. The kids loved the playground.

Perfect Layout for Large Groups / Kid & Adults

Great experience from booking to checkout!Pool table and games were a hit as the weather is getting hot outside during the day. Beautiful home and floor plan / layout! Will book again for future trips.
