pool was not heated even though we paid for it to be heated all four days of the stay . Reached out twice to let them know the pool is freezing and we were told the owner stated that it is working . The cabin has notes everywhere to not set the temperature below a certain degree so one of the bedrooms was pretty warm at nights . No welcome note with wifi code on it so an hour after we got there we had to try to reach out and get that from someone when we had reception finally . The beds are extremely uncomfortable . Couple of electric outlets in the kitchen do not work so we thought the toaster was broken till we tried every outlet in the kitchen and found one that worked . The only reason we booked this cabin was the pool and we got to use it maybe an hour the whole time and it did not seem that anyone paid attention to details so wont be staying at this particular cabin again when we visit Broken Bow .
