Great staff, great breakfast and a superb sleep on a very clean and comfortable bed. Shower could do with being stronger and little toiletries would be a bonus but overall a very good couple of nights stay. Recommended for visiting Bath with just a short train ride from the town.

the bed in our room was so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing, especially the sausage. we were there for a family occasion which was help in the restaurant. the staff were great and very helpful with all the little requests like sparklers for the cake etc

I was told when I booked that I would receive instructions on how to gwt into the hotyel as th reseption is not manned after 12pm and I was arriving at around 5pm. Ideally located for short walk into Keynsham. Car park small we had to find on street parking. Waited over 40 minutes for cooked breakfast. ( This happened last visit years ago) Bathroom large but needs update. Corner of bath held together with tape that was coming off. Eco shower - hardly any water came out. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful.

restaurant was not open open on Wednesdays eve

I was a little surprised the hotel did not have the restaurant and bar open on Wednesdays. However, there was a pub 5 minutes walk away that did food. Breakfast was really good, and the parking was easy. The hotel is on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.

The room was clean and tidy, staff were very polite and helpful. I didn't realise breakfast was included which was an additional bonus and was very nice. Slept really good on a very comfortable bed. The only thing to let it down was the shower pressure not being very strong. I will be staying here again.

Great location between Bath and Bristol. Room was quite small and a little tired but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast choice was excellent, we used the restaurant one evening, the food was really good. Parking is available but it’s not a big area and is used by guests and restaurant patrons so it does get busy.

Do yourself a favour, and book another hotel You can get a lot better, for same money or less photos on line, deceiving Absolutely terrible .worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. Bad points- no receptionist to great you Key in lock box, you’ve got to find your own way around hotel Very dirty in reception area, loads of mud on carpet & stairs, still was there next day Quite tatty, dated & Grubby Room tiny, hard to get past the bed to bathroom ,on right ride Very very basic ,don’t expect any frills Room very dirty , especially bathroom Hairs on floor , dirty walls & floor Cracked tiles, rusty radiator Grubby small shower cubicle , not even a shelf to put shower gel on husband hurt his neck, trying to shave, you have to manoeuvre your body & neck, to a funny position , to see in the mirror, what a funny place to put a mirror needs a whole revamp to be honest Long black Hairs on my pillow, and small hairs in bed Blood or red ink on bedding Only 1 towel, for two of us, not even any hand towel window blind, doesn’t fit window correctly, lets loads of light it ,down side, big gaps Lots of noise through night, early hours Doors banging Too hot to sleep , even though we turned the radiator off But you could not control radiator in bathroom, boiling all night Good points Although Breakfast was very basic , it was nice & cooked well Waiter very nice.
