This is a safe, peaceful, quiet, relaxing space and location that is family friendly. This space is centrally located between downtown, the South Holston river and the Bristol Motor Speedway.

Easy parking in the street located in the front of the condo or under the deck located on the backside of the condo. The rooms are open and comfortable with a smart HDTV in the main bedroom. There is another smarr HDTV in the living room area. Netflix and WIFI are easily accessible through the condo.
The top 2 floors are open to guests and they will not be sharing any space with other people.

The condo had a nice first impression. Clean and fresh towels and linens. It was great having the gas grill on the deck…I used it often. The kitchen supplies and pans need to be upgraded. Frying pan is old and is no longer stick free. No pizza pan. I enjoyed the large screen TV and the comfortable sofa.

Roomy Townhome

Just for those that need to know, you can park in the back under the balcony but there is no access to the unit from the back, so you will have to then walk up a hill in the grass to enter from the front door. This was not an issue for us, but in the winter with snow and/or mud it could be for someone. Also we had to buy our own coffee for the Keurig. Otherwise was a clean, roomy townhome and a pleasant stay.

Spot on!

Description of the condo was spot on. It was in a nice neighborhood. The grill on the back balcony was a great addition. Their is a friendly neighborhood cat that enjoys a little cat food and company. You park in front of the street. Beds are comfortable. It suited us nicely.

It’s Bristol Baby!

We were in town for the Bristol NHRA race and the condo was absolutely perfect for us. It was a quiet neighborhood and friendly people. This was my first time in Bristol and we will definitely be back and book with Caitlyn again. The condo was clean, nicely located, and everything was as advertised.

Quick trip

Really enjoyed our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again when coming back to the area. We came down from Pa to Bristol for the Mac Mc Anally show at the paramount so only stayed one night. Condo is just as described...comfy!!

Property was clean and as described. Could use a few coffee cups, condiments (salt & pepper), frying pan, and toilet paper. The unit was relatively quiet in a nice neighborhood. This was good for us as it was near family and the city.
